The 2019 China "Manufacturing Excellence&Innovation Awards" annual selection was officially launched in May of this year. A total of 5,917 entries were received and a total of 2,309 companies participated.
On November 9th, the final review of 2019 China "Manufacturing Excellence&Innovation Awards" was held in Nanjing National Creative Industry Park. Among them, Xinglun Rope’s CHNMAX® PLUS stood out and successfully won the selected award.
Xinglun‘s CHNMAX® PLUS stood out, and its product quality was once again professionally recognized by the expert jury and the Organizing Committee, and successfully won the selected award.
CHNMAX® PLUS is a high-end ) double braided UHMEPW rope, the core is 12 strands of CHNMAX® (UHMWPE) ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, and the outer layer is made of high-strength polyester sleeves 24/36/48 braid structure. It has higher strength, better wear-resistance and UV resistance, less elongation and creep, and is widely used in ship mooring, towing, offshore platforms, power engineering, oil drilling, maritime rescue and other fields.
Xinglun Rope's new factory will be completed at the end of December. The 5000m2 building area provides greater space utilization. In early November, the new factory has gradually introduced advanced facilities such as new rope production machines and tensile testing machines. The new factory, which mainly focuses on CHNMAX PLUS® and CHNMAX® projects, will work more on intelligent manufacturing, high-tech, innovative technology, and create high-quality brand products in different fields after completion, which will lay the foundation for the growth of CHNMAX PLUS® and CHNMAX® orders to improve production efficiency.
The work of the new factory of Xinglun Rope will continue to be carried out. Let us look forward to the official completion of the factory at the end of December.
