Recently, Kong Que, a member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Yangzhou Science and Technology Association, led the academician workstation inspection and acceptance group to visit the company and conduct inspection and acceptance of the Zhou Qinzhi Academician Workstation of Yangzhou Xinglun Rope and Cable Co., Ltd. After evaluation, the acceptance group believes that our company's construction, management, and fund utilization of the academician workstation are standardized and orderly, and meet the requirements, achieving the goal of establishing the workstation.
The acceptance group visited the production workshop, laboratory, and product exhibition hall, and listened to the operation and actual results of the Zhou Qinzhi Academician Workstation of Yangzhou Xinglun Rope and Cable in the past three years. They also had a detailed understanding of the system construction, talent team construction, fund guarantee, project research and development, and achievement transformation of the academician workstation.
Since the approval of the Zhou Qinzhi Academician Workstation of Yangzhou Xinglun Rope and Cable Co., Ltd. in 2019, 11 national patents have been applied for, including 2 invention patents and 1 authorized invention patent, as well as 8 utility model patents.
One enterprise standard for "Chemical Fiber Ropes" has been formulated, and two national standards have been revised with leading participation.
The work team has been established for two national standard compilations: "General Requirements for Fiber Ropes" and "Fishery Machine Woven Nets".
Breakthroughs have been made in the technology of high molecular weight polyethylene cable products, multi-layer multi-strand braided rope series products have been developed and tested, and the "Low Creep UHMWPE Anti-fouling Rope Net Technology Innovation Project" won the third prize of the 2020 China Innovation Method Competition Jiangsu Division.
The academician team has trained 16 technical research backbones for the company, held 3 professional seminars, and provided specialized training for more than 200 people, injecting new vitality into the company's innovation and expansion.
During the implementation of the project, the sales and profits of new products such as double-braided ropes and high molecular weight polyethylene circular slings exceeded expectations, making positive contributions to the technological progress of the domestic braided rope manufacturing industry and the development of the local economy.
